After the movie last night we went for a walk along the river. It was Lantern Festival here this week so they had a big display of some of this years lanterns. You can see some in the pictures below.

This is the mountain next to the university here in Kaohsiung where I’m studying Chinese. When I get back from my trip to the Himalayas in June, I’m moving into a small place on the side of the hill here, looking out to the ocean. Can’t wait!

Kaohsiung is brilliant place to live.
